1. Hair Extensions

   Due to the personal nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions once the purchase is complete. Please review your choices carefully before making a purchase.

2. Hair Color and Haircuts

   For our hair color and haircut services, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, all services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your hair color or haircut, we offer a tweak service. You may come in for a complimentary tweak within 7 days of your appointment. This service is to address minor adjustments and is at the discretion of your stylist. 

3. Booking and Cancellation

   To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required. Cancellations made less than [Insert Time Period] before the scheduled appointment may result in a loss of your deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
